SearchMenuThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SearchMenu ("the Platform", "we", "us"), a service that lets restaurants, cafes, and similar businesses ("Sellers") build and publish a digital menu for their customers. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use SearchMenu
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, menu content, pricing, and media you submit.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or poses a risk to other users of the Platform.
3. Content you submit
You retain ownership of the menu content, photos, videos, and business details you upload ("Seller Content"). By submitting Seller Content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as part of operating the Platform, including on your public menu page. You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload and share this content, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.
4. Coupons and offers
Discount and voucher coupons you configure are displayed on your public menu page for informational purposes. Honoring a coupon at the point of sale is your responsibility as the Seller — the Platform does not process payments or enforce redemption.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Platform's systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's normal operation
- Misrepresent your business or the products/services you offer
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and functionality may be added, modified, or removed over time.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses related to menu accuracy, coupon redemption, or third-party service interruptions (e.g. email delivery, file storage).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
